What is an energy-performance estimate (eDPE*)?
An estimate of your home's energy performance, calculated from its characteristics. It gives you an estimated rating (A to G) and ways to improve it. It does not replace an official energy performance certificate.
Does the eDPE* replace the official energy performance certificate?
No. The eDPE is an indicative estimate to help you understand your home and plan renovations. For a property sale or rental, only the official energy performance certificate has legal value.
What support can I receive for my renovations?
MaPrimeRénov' and Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) are the main French support schemes available. Deesco Pass automatically calculates your eligibility based on your profile and planned work. The zero-interest eco-loan (Éco-PTZ) can complete your funding.
