Deesco Pass is published by DEESCO SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €100,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is at 19 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris, France. DEESCO SAS is responsible for publishing the online services.

DEESCO SA (Switzerland), whose registered office is at 8 rue du Nant, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland, may act as a technical service provider or group company. The services are governed by French law, including the French law on confidence in the digital economy and the GDPR where applicable.

Scope and applicable documents

This notice applies to DEESCO SAS online services, including Deesco Pass® and Deesco Very®. Use of a service is also subject to the applicable privacy policy and, for Deesco Pass®, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. By using a service, you accept the applicable terms.

Hosting and technical infrastructure

About the services

DEESCO develops digital solutions dedicated to residential energy performance. Deesco Pass is a SaaS platform for households and professional partners. It can provide energy-use monitoring, an indicative Home Energy Score, renovation simulations, information on available support, and a secure document space.

Intellectual property

All editorial content, interfaces, software architecture, databases, algorithms, calculation models, designs, trademarks, documents and other elements of DEESCO services are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of DEESCO SAS or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed or used without prior written authorisation.

About the Home Energy Score and simulations

Important notice. The Home Energy Score by DEESCO® is an informative and indicative energy assessment. It is not an official certificate. It is based on information provided by the user, public or partner data where available, and statistical assumptions.

All estimates, savings projections, scores, renovation recommendations and financial assessments are indicative only. They must not be treated as professional, legal, financial, technical or regulatory advice, and users remain responsible for verifying information before making a decision.

Liability

DEESCO SAS makes reasonable efforts to keep its services and information available and accurate, but does not guarantee that they are complete, error-free or continuously available. DEESCO SAS cannot be held liable for interruptions, third-party data errors, technical failures, force-majeure events, or decisions made solely on the basis of indicative information provided by the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
